Gui Hua Lan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer – Mr. Lan has served in these roles since 1995. During the last 25 years, he has overseen the successful commercial development of a large number of traditional Chinese medicine-based drugs and nutritional supplements. He owns more than 20 national and international patents and has written and published numerous articles and reports on economics, many of which have been recognized by the World Organization for Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese economics and management institutions, and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

Feng Lan, President and Director – Mr. Lan has been President and Director since 2002. He previously served as Secretary of the Technical Department from 1996 to 1999 and as General Engineer from 2000 to 2005. During his tenure, he has developed Xuesaitong Soft Capsules and improved production techniques and quality control systems.

 

Lei Lan, Executive Director of Sales – Mr Lan has been Executive Director of Sales since October 2004. He previously served as served as a vice manager of sales from July 1997 to June 1999. Mr. Lan served as Marketing Manager and Controller from 1999 to 2002.

 

Zheng Yi Wang, Exec. Director of Exports and Director — Mr. Wang has served in this role since 2005 and has been the Corporate Secretary since 2004. From 1999 to 2004, he served as vice manager of the pharmaceuticals department. He has more than 40 years of experience in traditional Chinese medicine development.

 

Qiong Hua Gao, Chief Financial Officer – Ms. Gao has served as CFO since 2005. From December 2001 to January 2005, she served as Minister of the Finance Department. From 1991 to 2000, Ms. Gao was principal accountant of Kunming Panlong Commercial Building.

 

Peng Chen, Chief Technological Officer – Ms. Chen has served as CTO since 2005 and first joined the company in 1996. She served as manager of the Technology Department from 2001 to 2004 and also served as manager of quality control. She currently serves as Vice Chief Physician.
